1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between fb baji and any user of this platform. By using the fb baji website or related services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To open an account and use services on fb baji, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

You must be a citizen or legal resident of Bangladesh.
You must have a valid mobile number and an active mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or a bank account).
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract.
You must not have any other active fb baji account.

Account registration by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. fb baji may request official documents to verify age at any time and reserves the right to suspend or close an account if satisfactory proof is not provided.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on fb baji, accurate and complete information must be provided. Registering with false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any funds held in that account. Only one account per person is allowed.

3.2 Password and Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their login details completely confidential. fb baji will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us via live chat immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before a withdrawal or after deposits of a certain amount, fb baji may request a copy of a national ID card or passport for identity verification. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not completed.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on fb baji is ৳100 (for all methods). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla, BRAC and Islami Bank). Use the correct reference number when making a deposit; otherwise there may be a delay in crediting funds to your account.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take 5 to 30 minutes to complete. Withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

Every withdrawal request goes through a verification process. Withdrawals may be temporarily held if KYC is incomplete or bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

fb baji is actively committed to preventing money laundering. If unusual transaction patterns are detected on any account, the platform reserves the right to verify or suspend that account.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it becomes withdrawable.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; the wagering requirement would be ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer carries its own conditions and the detailed terms of the relevant promotion will apply.
Attempting to claim bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address, device or payment method may result in both accounts being cancelled.
Certain game restrictions may apply when using a bonus.
fb baji reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

fb baji's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). Cashback is based on the total net losses for the week. Progression to higher tiers depends on platform activity.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be cancelled unless fb baji identifies a technical error. Every bet request is considered to be the user's explicit consent.

6.2 Sports Betting

The set odds apply to bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football and other sports. Odds may change before a match starts or during live betting.

If a match or event is cancelled or left incomplete due to unforeseen circumstances, fb baji will settle those bets according to standard rules.

6.3 Casino Games

fb baji's casino section offers slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti and many other games. Each game has its own RTP and rules. If a software error occurs in any game, fb baji reserves the right to cancel or reassess the bets for that round.

6.4 Fraud and Unauthorised Activity

Use of bots, account sharing, money laundering or coordinated fraudulent betting is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the associated balance may be forfeited.

10.2 Closure by the User

The fb baji Android and iOS mobile applications are available through official channels. All provisions of these Terms apply equally to use of the app.

APK files downloaded from third-party sources may pose security risks. fb baji accepts no responsibility for any issues arising from such unauthorised software.

12. Limitation of Liability

fb baji is not liable for:

Losses to an account caused by the user's own carelessness or negligence.
Interruption to any game or bet due to loss of internet connection or device malfunction.
System failures of third-party payment providers.
Temporary service disruptions caused by unexpected technical problems.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, both parties will endeavour to reach a resolution through discussion.

If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
